Canon PIXMA MG3650 Multifunction Inkjet Printer – Black

I was a hesitant about buying this printer – I didn’t have much money to spend and have always had a good experience with Canon printers but was a bit put off by the reviews here. I had had a horrible experience with an HP printer so I decided to go for this one and send it back immediately if it didn’t do the job. But, hey! Despite having some difficulties setting it up (but definitely not insurmountable, and I am very old!) it is absolutely what I need. I only use it 2 or 3 times a week to print out reading materials for my classes or detailed instructions with colour pictures for my home use, but it does all of that fine. I can print from my iPhone and iPad successfully. The colour is good. I love it! No idea about ink costs yet but perhaps buying generic cartridges might be an answer. I was slightly put off by the idea of a single colour cartridge but decided to go ahead anyway. I have no regrets at all so far – but be assured that I will add to this review if anything goes wrong.
